- 1. About us
ViizAir is a free travel search page that allows travelers to compare and monitor travel options for flights, hotels and rental cars without adding any extra fees.
We do not sell airline tickets, hotel rooms or car rentals
– we only show the best fares on the market and
give you the opportunity to choose the offer you prefer. Once you have selected your offer, you will be forwarded directly
to the tour operator to complete your booking.
These Terms & conditions apply exclusively to Viizair services, namely identification of travel
connections and our broker of services offered by third-party providers (carriers and other service providers).
In addition, and separately from these, the terms and conditions of each
third party provider will apply to all tickets and services offered by said providers (transport, accommodation or car rental).
In addition, additional tÉrms and conditions may apply to third party booking platforms to which you are sent.
Viizair has no influence over the terms and conditions provided by third party suppliers.
- 3. Services offered by Viizair.
The Viizair services are designed to make it easier for you to plan your trip by providing you
with the information you need and a clear comparison of the presented travel options.
The actual travel services (eg transport from A to B) are not part of the Viizair service, but
rather form part of a separate agreement between you and the respective third party.
Viizair acts as an intermediary or broker between the user and every third party.
We are therefore not responsible for the travel service provided by third parties or for
the manner in which this travel service is provided.
Viizair services include:
- a. Comparison platform for travel services
Based on your search entry, we give you a clear overview of different travel options with
different means of transport (eg flights,accommodation or car hire). Because we rely on
information made available by third parties, booking platforms and information platforms,
we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the results.
You can compare your travel options by price, duration and other aspects.
- b. Booking via external third party suppliers
Our results page contains direct links to the booking pages for each third party supplier.
If you click on a link, you will be redirected to the third-party provider’s booking page,
where you can purchase the corresponding service and book.An agreement for travel
services will only be concluded with the respective third parties.
For this reason, only the terms of the third party provider concerned apply to the travel
services booked in this way (bookings).
Payment is made via the payment system provided on the third party website.
Any changes or cancellations must be made directly with the third party concerned.
- c. Registration
You can create an account with Viizair. You can access your individual profile by entering
your e-mail address and your chosen password + login. Your personal information and booking
Only legal adults and persons with full legal capacity may become registered users.
The user must provide all necessary information in a complete and correct manner and, if necessary, provide updates.
Registration cannot be transferred.
Once your account is registered, your account will be active for an indefinite period.
Both the user and Viizair have the right to cancel the account at any time with two days notice.
The right to dismissal without dismissal for good cause has no effect.
- d. Limitations

and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect to the invalid, involuntary or
